Karine Echigian graduated from California Lutheran University with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Echighian has made it her mission to help individuals become stronger versions of themselves. She uses her passion to help individuals, of all ages, discover how to use their strengths to navigate the world. Her goal is to help couples deepen their relationship and improve their communication while strengthening the family system through understanding.
As part of her training, Ms. Echighian has worked at the Community Counseling Parent and Child Study Center. She has had the opportunity to work with clients with various diagnosis including Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and Adjustment Disorder. During her internship at Independence Community Treatment Clinic, Karine provided support and education to individuals with various mental health issues and substance use disorders. She facilitated group discussions and presented on various aspects of mental health and chemical dependency.
